5. Filter test bench
When it comes to the filter test bench, this is the part I know best, after all, our company produces this product.
The YY 0469-2011 standard stipulates that under the specified conditions, the filtration efficiency of medical surgical masks for Staphylococcus aureus aerosol with an average particle diameter of (3±0.3) μm is not less than 95%, and the filtration efficiency of the air flow (30±2) Under the condition of L/min, the filtration efficiency of sodium chloride aerosol with aerodynamic median diameter (0.24±0.06) μm is not less than 30%.
The N95 mask is one of the 9 types of anti-particulate masks certified by NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health). Under the testing conditions specified by the NIOSH standard, the filtration efficiency reaches at least 95%.

The L1056 mask filtration performance test bench can be said to be a test bench dedicated to testing masks. It is not only suitable for testing flat masks, but also N95 masks and PM 2.5 masks. (In general, this test bench is not recommended for testing the filtration efficiency of other materials unless necessary.)
