In Tuesday's announcement, Weber said that EA Sports FC will continue to offer everything players have come across of EA Sports' FIFA series on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. "Everything you appreciate about our games is going to be available on EA SPORTS FC - the same great experiences, modes and leagues, tournaments, clubs and athletes will be present," Weber said. "Ultimate teams, Career Mode, Pro Clubs and Volta Football will all be there."

The statement further stated that EA Sport FC's brand new licensing structure will allow the sport "innovate in new ways around both women's and grassroots football to benefit the entire world."
