On any page of aircanada.com, click the Manage my Bookings link. Choose one of the following options to find your reservation:
- Enter your booking reference, last name, and the credit card used to make the booking (the number will only be used for retrieval purposes) to access a single flight booking; or
- Log in to see all of your reservations in your account, then choose the reservation you want to cancel.
- To cancel your reservation, go to the website where you made your flight booking and click the Cancel Booking link.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking once the cancellation procedure is finished.
- You must contact Air Canada Reservations to get a refund if you need to cancel a reservation for which an upgrade has been confirmed.
