The Queen takes an Oath to the People to Protect our Sovereignty and uphold our Common Law Justice System.
When the Monarch is not doing their Duty to protect us and uphold our Common Law. It is the Duty of the Barons Committee to invoke the Security Clause Article 61 for the people to use. It is a Treason Clause in case the crown is usurped. And Clearly it has.
On March 23 2001 Article 61 was invoked according to Constitutional Royal Protocol. On that day a number of things happened.
First Article 61 was the Queen's final Royal Command to the People of her Kingdom to Protect the Realm. As she was Constitutionally dethroned and all her Governments throughout the Commonwealth were dissolved.
This means that Article 61 is the Only Law in effect all Acts Statutes and Legislation are null and void. All Treasonous Documents are null and void.
It is by Royal Command that we All have a Constitutional Duty to stand under Article 61 and reject the Treasonous Regime. Collect the evidence of their crimes by putting them on notice of Treason.
Article 61 is a numbers game, there is more of us then there is of them. The more people rejecting the Regime and collecting evidence the better. Eventually we will reach a tipping point when they have no choice but to listen to our demands.
That is when the people will have redress and the traitors will stand trial before a Jury of the people. That is when we will be asked to submit our evidence to the Jury. Once the trial is over there will be a Constitutional Convention of the People to select a new Constitutional Monarch. Our Common Law Justice System will be restored and there will be Properly empanelled Juries in every courtroom with the right and duty to nullify any Act Statute or Legislation that in unconstitutional. Putting the People in power over Government.
Under Article 61 we have Lawful Excuse to break any Act Statute or Legislation with impunity as long as we don't break Common Law
1 do no harm
2 cause no loss
3 commit no fraud
4 keep the peace
In fact the Law encourages us to disobey the Treasonous Regime.
Our goal is to unite the People of the Commonwealth under Article 61 and organize an international push for redress in order to restore our Common Law Justice System.
