  1. Make your list

2 . Get into a daily habit

5 . NEVER question the outcome

This is one of the biggest factors to successful manifestation, so be careful! When you start doubting your ability to achieve your desires, it can set you up for failure all together. 

If you feel yourself questioning whether or not you'll reach what you've written down on your list - stop immediately and remind yourselves why this goal is important to you! Read it again, repeat the affirmation process with conviction, and stay positive! 

6 . Keep track in a journal

It's also helpful to keep records of how many days/times each day that you read through your list. For some people this may be 7+ times per day, while others may only read it once or twice daily. 

It's helpful to know how many times you are reading through your list each week/month to see if you need to step up/down your efforts.
