Anyway. Yew logs are simply terrible and only make about 80k gp/hr, which means you ought to give those up entirely. They are not good for RS gold money at all. I really don't know where you have the idea that they were, tbh.
Woodcutting is a dreadful money ability and should not be treated as a moneymaker in any way. If you are going to chop yews for a reason aside from money, however, the best spot is that the Gnome Stronghold using a implanted yew tree. And the Catherby bank is closer than Seer's into the flax field yews. But speaking as a seasoned woodcutter, I can not advise chopping yews, since the xp and money from them are equally garbage.
For the combat, I hope you are likely making someplace in the 250-350k gp/hr range at fleshies, which isn't quite as terrible as the yews but still fairly mediocre. You could do better in a greater herb dropper such as insanity druids, for instance. (Herbs are really high at the moment.) Oh, and find a better weapon!
You should be using dragon longsword at the minimum. Preferably dragon scimitar, or TokTz-Xil-Ak (obsidian splitsword) using a zerker necklace if you can get it. Abyssal whip once you get 70 attack. And if you are not picking up all your jewels, you probably don't require ring of riches (since its principal role is to provide you more gems).
Or if you enjoy making tabs, switch to house tabs (21k xp/hr, 318k gp/hr) but the orbs are still far better as they give almost double the xp. Water orbs would be acceptable as well if your magic is too low, though it's a more run to get to them.
It might be beneficial to buy the Guthans set, for its curative effect. A Slayer HelmBlack or Black Mask would also be good if you are training Slayer. Dragon complete helm is bad, dragon square is poor, dragon plate and string are bad, rune defender is far better compared to cheap OSRS gold obby protect, proselyte is overlooking, sw cape and ardougne cloak are missing, ring of wealth is bad, bandos boots really are poor. The rest is okay.
