Support and maintenance

We are constantly updating our Software. We'll call you when the update is available and let you know. Customers with a maintenance / support plan are asked to leave their cash register overnight for an update. We do this manually, from store to store.
We keep your equipment for the best performance.
We also do database maintenance. This is necessary when the number of transactions increases as efficiently as possible. We Index, shrink and archive databases.
The cost of ePoS
Costs start at 1100 + VAT .
installation cost
Most systems are plug and play and do not require installation from us.
If installation is required, you will be paid if you are far from our base in Ilford, Essex.
Warranty
1 year manufacturer's warranty for hardware, extended warranty total of 3 years is available.

The new systems are packed with 50,000 fresh and popular products. You can add products to existing systems via the front till system by scanning the barcode of the product. New products from the supplier come with an invoice that allows you to add all products automatically. Before the new product platform arrives, place an order through the EPOS system, and the vendor will display the barcode if the barcode is already on your system.
Efficient Inventory Management
Our EPOS systems save time by automatically calculating inventory levels, replacing the need for manual inventory. When a product is scanned at checkout, the affected product is automatically removed from inventory levels, so you can see accurate real-time inventory levels at any time by looking at the system. The software will notify you if you have little stock and need to buy from the vendor.
Automatic Storage Order

The software can be set to automatically rearrange suppliers when you reach a certain level of inventory. When you have set the minimum inventory when the system has a purchase order, you can send it to the supplier by email. Or put can create purchase orders for you to take to the supplier.
