NBA 2K21 playmaking badges revolve around dribbling, passing, messing with opposing defense, etc. Or, you know, the fun part. Here are all rank badges.

Ankle Breaker – increases chances of freezing or dropping a defender during dribble moves. When doing stepbacks and other movements, the defender stumbles or falls more often when biting the wrong way.

Bail Out – Increases the probability of mid-air pass completion. Leaving a jump shot or layup yields fewer errant passes than average.

Break Starter – Improves a player's ability to make successful outlet passes after rebounding. After catching a defensive surface, the court's deep outlet passes are more accurate. Passes must pursue the defensive recovery quickly.

Dimer – Boosts the percentage for open teammates on jump shots after a throw. When passing Dimers in the half-court, open shooters yield a shot percentage raise.

Downhill – Increases ball speed in transition. Gives a bonus to the Speed With Ball attribute in fast-break situations.

Dream Shake – Chances that a defender bites in the post while doing fakes. Post-move fakes are more likely to stun a defender. Also, shot attempts after post moves and shot fakes have increased shot percentage.

Flashy Passer – Gives an additional boost to player's Takeover meter after completing a flashy pass assist. After completing a flashy assist throw, the passer and scorer gain an additional boost to their takeover meters.

Floor General – Teammates earn an offensive bonus attribute while the player is in play. Gives teammates an offensive attribute while on the court. Even, at Hall of Fame level, future shot percentages of teammates can be seen when on offense.

Handles For Days – Reduces energy wasted during dribble movements. A player takes less energy hit when executing consecutive dribble moves, allowing them to chain combos faster for longer periods of time.

Lob City Passer – Improves chances of good alley-oop passes. When throwing an alley-oop pass, the passer and receiver are given an attribute boost to increase the chances of success.

Needle Threader – Increases the chance of defense getting rough throws. When passing through a tight window between defenders, the player's passing skill is given a boost.

Pass Fake Maestro – Increases pass-fake performance. Pass fakes get faster and tighter, making them more effective in baiting defense.

Post-Spin Technician—Improves a post-spin or drive's ability to function effectively. Attempting to do post-spins or drives results in more successful moves, and less risk of stripping.

Fast First Move – Offers more explosive first steps from triple threat and size-ups. When driving out of triple threat or size-up, ball handlers have access to faster and more powerful launches.

Space Creator – Improves a player's ability to build defender space. When executing any stepback move or shot, there is a higher probability of effective separation from the opponent.

Stop & Go – Improves a ball's ability to start and stop a player. Allows the ball handler to start and stop quickly with special stops and exclusive launches.

Tight handles—improves the ability of a player to break down their defender. Increases a player's ball-handling skill in size-up situations, making it easier to break the defender on-ball.

Unpleasant – Reduces defender's chances of being stripped. In their stealing attempts, defenders have a harder time when executing dribble maneuvers.
