Since I was working on another technique, I noticed that the initial rocks I mine when I haven’t been mining for OSRS gold a while are extremely slow. Then I can go back to mining the ores at my normal pace after that first handful of rocks. The same goes for cutting wood. While the initial logs can be difficult to find but I am able to get them at a normal cost.
Question #1. Has anyone else noticed the exact same thing? If you don't practice an ability for a few months the character will become "rusty" in the area. However, once you get the first few logs/ores and your speed is back to normal.
Question #2 is: Is there a Runescape subprogram that, if your character hasn't learned a skill in a while the rate of resource gathering will be restored to the normal. This is dependent on your level of skill and the type of tool/pickaxe and the level of your skill.
You're just using it wrong. Magic, quite simply, is not to be used like Range and Melee is. Range and Melee are limited to buy RS gold hitting one specific target at any given moment. Magic (using Ancients), can hit multiple targets at once.
