Players are clamoring to find out what has happened to the center position in NBA 2K22 MT Coins. For years, veterans have stepped in as stretch bigs and dominated from beyond the arc. The good news for fans of the stretch big is that no nerfs have been implemented in the build this year! Is it, however, still the best build for centers?

As a result of the addition of new animations, badges, and mechanics, it is now possible to create alternate builds. It takes a lot of effort to make a big mistake the wrong way. Is there, however, a single most right way out of all the right ways to make bigs dominate like never before? Try this build and you'll see why experts at this spot are switching to a new way to ball out from the five spot.

The Case for a Pure-Speed Defender
The stretch big build is still fantastic this year, but with the new animations, improved shot meter, and badges, point guards and shooting guards are now equally adept at draining long threes. Instead of competing for the role, why not take care of a role that is desperately needed against both artificial intelligence and human opponents?

On offense, this build will create a screen before charging to the rim. Half of the time, the center gets a simple dunk. The other half of the time, the screen creates an opening for another player to score an easy bucket. It's a win-win for everyone. And the defense of this build is second to none, capable of running in to assist a slashing opponent while also being quick enough to get back into position if they manage to get out of the trap. For those who are still not convinced, keep in mind that there are brand new strip and block animations available this year. These defensive maneuvers are now both easier to execute and more effective. Gamers who are aiming for the elusive quintuple double should consider no other build as seriously as this one.

Make a full commitment to defense and rebounding.
Obviously, a build that emphasizes defense and rebounding will require a significant amount of defense and rebounding, so this skill breakdown makes sense. However, there is a hidden benefit:This pie chart also allows for the quickest centering possible. Finishing will be important, but dunks will occur as a result of the speed with which the ball comes off the screen. As a result, slowing down the construction process in order to gain more finishing skills is counter-intuitive. The majority of dunks and layups will be close to uncontested.

Max Out Agility Centers must be able to assist on defense, which means they must be able to get to the paint even when their man is on the perimeter.
Then they must be able to get away in time if and when the slashing player passes to the open man. Covering all of this ground necessitates the use of every ounce of speed that can be squeezed into the big man's frame. Strength and verticality are desirable, but the stature will already take care of most of that. Take, for example, the pie chart with the greatest range of motion.

Identifying the Potential
The Steal attribute might appear to be a little low right now, but that will be corrected during the physical attributes. Aside from that, the maximum stats in Blocking, Offensive Rebounding, and Defensive Rebounding will be greatly appreciated by the entire team. Setting up screens means that teammates will be taking more shots. Those shots that miss will almost certainly end up in the arms of a center like this.

Free throw and pass accuracy are the only skills required that are not considered finishing or defense/rebounding. Keep in mind that this playstyle will never, ever require you to dribble or shoot anything that isn't in the paint. The fifteen badges in finishing are perks that will help to increase the already extremely high shot percentage.

Changing the Physicals
It's intimidating to be an undersized big man, but the benefits of having more speed are too good to pass up. Set your height to 6'9" and take note of the statistical bonuses to Speed (+9), Acceleration (+11), Steals (+9), Driving Layup (+10), and Driving Dunk (+18)! Blocking and rebounding are both reduced slightly, but they will be restored to their maximum levels in a short time. At 193 pounds, speed and acceleration are as high as they can be for a center, which means this build will win a footrace against any other center in the league.
There is no reason not to use the maximum 91-inch wing span. The only stats that decrease are Strength, Mid-Range Shot, and Three-Point Shot, each of which decreases by one point. And as a result, those critical defensive statistics are restored to their maximum. Despite their short stature, they will be able to block shots from the MT 2K22 tallest players due to their long wingspan.

Become a Rim Protector.
Both takeover options are excellent choices, but the Rim Protector takeover is the most consistently beneficial. The most important feature of the Rim Protector is that it grants the MyPlayer access to a collection of exclusive blocks animations.

These aren't just cute or stylish animations for the sake of being cute or stylish. Keep in mind that this build has to prevent any player from making a move towards the net. These additional blocks enable this build to hit the ball away from the basket at angles that make it appear as if the bucket is almost certain.

Critical Identification Marks
- Fearless Finisher - Limitless Takeoff - Lob City Finisher - Putback Boss - Slithery Finisher
Most builds are unable to take advantage of Lob City Finisher on a consistent basis, but this build will frequently find itself open when attacking the rim after setting a screen. Calling for a pass can take some time, but calling for a lob ensures that the bucket will be delivered unless the passer is inaccurate with his accuracy.

- Chase Down Artist - Ball Stripper - Interceptor - Intimidator - Rim Protector - Rebound Chaser
This build literally saves the best for last. With a total of thirty badges to allocate to defensive abilities, there isn't much that this center can't do. The Ball Stripper badge is a new addition this year and is excellent for ripping the ball away from slashing opponents. A quintuple double was achieved by this build within a few games on Pro difficulty, a feat that had never before been accomplished in the NBA.
