6023 polyester film is a biaxially oriented film made by melting, casting and stretching. The film adopts environmentally friendly flame retardant, which has excellent flame retardant performance and low toxicity when burning. 6023 has been certified by UL laboratory and has a flame retardancy of 94VTM-2. It has obtained the SGS certificate in compliance with the RoHS directive.
6023 has good electrical insulation properties, physical and mechanical properties, dimensional stability and flame retardancy. The film is suitable for electrical insulation of flame retardant motors and electrical appliances.
1 Technical requirements
1.1 Appearance: The film is supplied in rolls. The surface should be smooth and free of defects such as wrinkles, tears, particles, blisters, pinholes and contamination. The curling edge should be neat and clean.
1.2 Thickness and Tolerance
The recommended nominal thicknesses are as follows:
50um, 75um, 100um 125um, 150um, 188um, 250um, 350um
≤100um tolerance+/-5%
100um~300um tolerance +/-4%
≥300um tolerance +/-6%
1.3 Reel diameter, width and allowable deviation
Nominal width: 500mm and 1000mm.
Special requirements for width can be resolved through negotiation between the buyer and the seller. Films can be supplied in tape form.
