1, check whether the gear motor is calorific, if the rise of temperature of the motor is not high, the first check the inverter electronic thermal protection function of pre 臵 whether reasonable, if there are allowance in the inverter, should be relaxed pre 臵 value of the electronic thermal protection function.
If the motor temperature rise too high, and of overload and belongs to the normal overload, then is the overload of the machine. At this time, should first can increase the transmission ratio, appropriate to reduce the load of gear reduction motor shaft. If can increase, increase the transmission ratio. If the transmission ratio does not increase, should increase the capacity of the machine.
2, check to see if the motor three-phase voltage balance, Low Rpm Electric Motor if the gear reduction motor side of three-phase voltage imbalance, should check whether the three-phase voltage at the inverter output balance, such as imbalance, the problem inside the inverter.
If the inverter output voltage balance, the problem on the line between inverter and motor, should check all wiring the screws are tightened, if you have any contact between the inverter and motor or other appliances, is also should check on whether the electrical terminal has been tightened and contact status of contact are in good condition.
3, motor three-phase voltage balance, should understand the working Gear Reduction Motor frequency of tripping
Gear motor, such as working frequency is low, and not the use of vector control (or without) vector control, the first to reduce the U/f ratio, if can drive load, reducing the original pre  U/f ratio is too high, the field current peak is big, can reduce the U/f ratios decrease current; If reduced after fixed load, should consider to increase the capacity of the inverter; If the inverter has the function of vector control, the vector control mode should be adopted.
