A Brief Introduction to Yichun University

The Yichun University (YCU for short) is an all-encompassing university that was established in the year 1958. It is situated within Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, PRC. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, the new Yichun University grew out of Yichun Teachers College, Yichun Medicine College and Yichun Agriculture College in January 2000.

Presently, YCU has 18 schools with 69 undergraduate programs, as well as two affiliated hospitals. The year 2011 was the first time YCU was granted the right to confer a master's level degree that focuses on pharmacy through the Degree Committee of State Council of China this signifies that the quality of education of YCU has been elevated to an even higher standard.

Research Centers at Yichun University
