Dr. Syed Ahmed has been practicing medicine for 30 years. He has trained and has had experience of treating mental health disorders across Asia, Europe and North America. After his residency (training) at the University of Maryland, he has had the opportunity to provide services in busy Psychiatry Emergency Rooms, Community Mental Health Centers and private inpatient units and in State mental health facilities. He is Board Certified and affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital.
