Night Elves another time do nicely right here, at least in PvE. Their excessive agility base stat certainly lends itself properly to WOW Classic Boosting Hunter's stat concerns, and their Wisp Spirit racial makes leveling faster way to a massive bonus to motion velocity when a participant dies and have to run back to the location of their dying to retrieve their body.
