What's the difference between Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) & NBA Reciprocal Strength Lengthening (RSL)?

FST is a little more labor intensive, requires more time involving tractioning the joint, applying assisted "stretching" the range, using Post Isometric Relaxation (PIR) & needs straps to secure the body.
