The Doodle for Google Competition (the "Contest") is aimed to encourage qualified U.S. school pupils and their parents/guardians to utilize their imaginations to develop their own interpretations of the Google logo ("Entrant(s)" or "You"). The winning entries will be chosen by the judges, and prizes will be awarded according to the Official Rules (these"Rules").
YOU MUST AGREE TO THE RULES IN ORDER TO ENTER THE CONTEST. As a result, before entering, please read these Rules to ensure that you understand and agree with them. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Rules. If you do not agree to these Rules, you will not be able to enter the Contest and will not be eligible to win any of the prizes stated in these Rules. With respect to the Contest, these Rules comprise a legally binding contract between you and Google.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter the Contest, an Entrant must be: (a) a U.S. citizen or permanent legal U.S. resident (i.e., must be able to show proof of permanent legal residence); and (b) enrolled in a private or public elementary or secondary school (grades K-12) or a home school (grades K-12) in the United States, a United States Territory in Puerto Rico, Guam, the United States Virgin Islands, and Washington, D.C. To be eligible for any rewards, minors must have the written approval of a parent or legal guardian, as detailed in Section 8 of these Rules. Where banned by law, the contest is void.
