Test principle and:

The sample is heated in the fogging cup and begins to evaporate, and the volatilized gas condenses on the glass plate or aluminum foil that has been cooled by the cooling chamber. After the condensation process is over, remove the glass plate or aluminum foil, measure the atomization value or weight of the condensed components of the glass plate or aluminum foil, and compare it with the data before condensation, so as to obtain the atomization and volatilization characteristics of the sample.

Gloss method: the gas evaporated by heating the sample in the fogging cup is condensed on the low temperature glass plate. By comparing and calculating the gloss value before and after the condensation of the glass plate, the fogging value of the sample can be obtained. (standard)
